Register

Please come to the registration office to obtain an application for enrollment or call the school at 210-738-0020. An application can be mailed directly to you, we can assist you with filling out forms at our front desk. Key documents and information for enrolling inlude:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Immunization Record (updated)
4. Special Education Letters or ARD papers from previous school
5. Parents’ Drivers License (High School students only)
6. Utility Bill or Phone Bill (most recent month)
7. All TAKS Scores
8. Name of the school district you live in
9. Name of the Public School your child would attend
